After three and a half years at Manchester United without a first-team debut, Hansen-Aarøen left the English football city. The road ahead went to the club where a Norwegian “moose” still stands as one of the legends, Werder Bremen. Already after six months, it is time to move.

The 20-year-old has been given three senior games in the Werder shirt, this week Danish AaB reports that they have secured the Norwegian player on loan.

-The lease agreement with Isak Hansen-Aarøen is a reinforcement of our squad, and we expect that Isak will be able to contribute to a tougher competition from day one, AaB director James Gow begins to the club’s website.

“Isak is a creative midfielder with an offensive mindset. He is confident on the ball, aggressive and dynamic, as well as passing and dribbling and wants to challenge his direct opponent, so we think he fits well into our playing philosophy,” Gow explains.

The lease runs for six months, for the 20-year-old an excellent opportunity to gain playing time and experience at a high level.
