Lillestrøm is down in the OBOS League again and this time it is Martin Ødegaard’s father who will lift the club up into good company again. – Even before Hans Erik Ødegaard formally started in the job, the first signing is in place. – The 50-year-old who has just become a grandfather has a contract with Sandefjord until the end of the year.
Yesterday, Lillestrøm confirmed that Salieu Drammeh is in place the day after the club confirmed Hans Erik Ødegaard as the new coach. Drammeh comes from playing in Danish football for BK Frem. “I can’t wait to get started. Yellow has always been my favorite color. I’m looking forward to playing out there and making a lot of fans happy”
On Tuesday, Hans Erik Ødegaard was presented as the new coach of Lillestrøm. Although Ødegaard has only been a coach for one day for LSK, he has full control of what he expects from the 21-year-old new signing from Gambia.
“Drammeh is a very quick and intensive player. Good on both small and large surfaces, and a one-on-one threat. He fits very well with how we want to play. He has a young age, so I think there is good development potential there. An exciting player,” says Ødegaard.
Drammeh has signed an agreement that extends through 2027.
