On Thursday, Qatar Airways kicked off the Premier Padel Finals with a historic opening day, where the world’s top-ranked pairs, Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia, as well as Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría, impressed with strong debuts. Juan Lebrón and Martín Di Nenno, as well as Alejandra Salazar and Jessica Castelló, also secured their place in the semi-finals.

Alejandra Salazar and Jessica Castelló became the first semi-finalists in the women’s draw after a dramatic victory over Marta Ortega and Sofia Araújo.
