Things didn’t go exactly as planned for Christopher Nkunku after his summer move to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea paid RB Leipzig €60 million, now they intend to add €10 million in a huge swap deal with Bayern Munich left winger Mathys Tel.
The French striker has been given much less playing time than expected, a fact that should reduce not increase the price.
Media reports in recent days have claimed that Nkunku is a target for Bayern Munich in a deal where Mathys Tel goes the other way.
Sky Sports reports that the London club are demanding 70 million euros, while Transfermarkt believes the value is now down to 50 million euros.
Nkunku is said to be keen on a move to Bayern and now it is up to the clubs to close the deal.
