When a superstar like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is sold halfway through the season, Napoli are cashing in a solid sales income. For Antonio Conte, however, euros in the bank help nothing when the Serie A title is to be won with 18 games left in the season.
The Georgian lightning winger is all but ready for PSG, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Napoli management is looking for a replacement. The trip has gone to Manchester United and 20-year-old Garnacho, who has seen his meteoric development put on hold under Ruben Amorim.
According to the Italian media, Napoli have enquired about the possibility of signing Garnacho, but reportedly turned around when United management communicated demands of around 80 million euros to secure the Argentine super talent.
