Dutch right winger Donyell Malen, who former Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag fumbled about, has already arrived from Bourrussia Dortmund to Aston Villa. Now they have announced their second January signing.
Aston Villa sign Andres Garcia
The 21-year-old arrives at B6 after four productive years on Spain’s south coast, where he rose from Levante’s academy, to the B team, to the first team, for which he has made 46 Segunda División appearances over the past two seasons.
His attacking prowess means he is often positioned on the right wing or even on the right wing – where he began his career – and has already seen him score three goals and register three assists for Los Azulgranas this season.
Transfermarkt writes that the Spaniard joined Aston Villa for seven million euros.
During the first half of the season at Levante, Garcia accounted for three goals and three assists in 22 appearances in the Segunda division.
