It is unclear if the German will need surgery for the injury, but his focus is on being ready to play before next season starts in August.
Saka traveled to Dubai, but is expected to be away until March after the operation in December. Martinelli is expected to be out for around another month. Both Saka and Martinelli also have hamstring injuries. Jesus will miss the rest of the season with a cruciate ligament injury.
Havertz has been available in almost every game for Arsenal this season. He has 15 goals and five assists in 34 games in all competitions.
Arsenal’s attacking options are now limited to Leandro Trossard, Raheem Sterling and 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri.
Arsenal have progressed to the round of 16 of the Champions League. The next game is away at the King Power Stadium against Leicester on Saturday.
