Burnley had some exciting seasons with Sean Dyche up in the Premier League, but after last season had to make the tough trip down to the Championship. The disappointment was quickly swallowed, the job for direct promotion was done last summer. After 33 games, the club smells of promotion, especially after the impressive streak without defeat and backwards.

Because it is after the first 11 games that the course was set for the top. 22 games in a row without defeat. 39 goals against 9 backwards! 11 clean sheets in a row in the Championship! (1 behind the record in the league).

Assistant coach Henrik Jensen joined the club in the summer and works with analysis and training planning with manager Scott Cooper. The Dane puts into words what is behind the record-like results.

-It is the sum of many different things. I think we have a very built-in printing structure. The way we work in our pressured game is at a very high level. Our discipline is really high. It is an ability and a willingness to protect our goal from all 11 players that makes us have this strong unit. What the players are doing this season is unique,” the Burnley coach told Bold.

Burnley are five points behind Sheffield United in second place, seven points behind Leeds in first place. Now they are aiming for direct promotion.
