When Haaland put in his 20. Premier League season of the season after 12 minutes against Spurs, this was the third season in a row after the move to the Premier League with at least 20 goals.
Thus, the 24-year-old Haaland equals the record of United legend Van Nistelrooy. The “Flying Dutchman” went on to score 23, 25 and 20 Premier League goals in his first three Premier League seasons.
Haaland is still in a class of his own with his 36, 27 and now at least 20 PL goals.
