19-year-old Tyler Dibling fits perfectly into the player profile at Manchester United. Young, huge potential, but already delivering in the Premier League, English passport. What doesn’t fit into the profile of Ratcliffe and the United management is buy reasonably before stardom, so develop the player into a star at Old Trafford. The hysteria surrounding Dibling has caused Southampton to wave the price tag already months before the transfer window opens.
