The Spanish manager wants reinforcements, and the sports management is doing everything to accommodate him.
Aston Villa have already started planning for next season, and one name that now appears on the wish list is Noni Madueke. The 23-year-old Chelsea winger, under contract until 2030, has become a top priority for the Birmingham-based club to bolster their attack ahead of the 2025/26 season.
According to Football Insider, Unai Emery is willing to go to great lengths to convince Chelsea to let the player go. Madueke has shown great potential when given regular game time – something that hasn’t always been possible at Stamford Bridge due to strong competition in his position.

Emery wants him – and the price is affordable
Villa Park are willing to make a significant financial boost to secure the signing. Chelsea will not reject a sale if they receive a suitable offer. The initial figures discussed are around €35 million, but the final sum could be higher if more clubs show interest.
Aston Villa want to get ahead of any competitors and close the deal before the summer transfer window opens. Madueke fits perfectly into Emery’s profile of players: young, dynamic and promising. If the transfer goes through, it could be one of the most talked about in the Premier League this summer.
