In September 2024, the club laid out plans for the expansion and modernisation of the iconic Elland Road, a stadium that can seat 37,645 supporters. A new shirt and expansion will invite as many as 53,000 people into the matchday.

It is not said when the modernisation will be completed, but as many as 26,000 Leeds supporters have thrown themselves over the keyboard and put themselves on a waiting list to get season tickets, the club reports.
