According to reports, Manchester United are ready to launch a transformative transfer window under Ruben Amorim, who needs new reinforcements in several positions to improve both the starting eleven and adapt the squad to his 3-4-2-1 formation. These new signings will be crucial in lifting United up the Premier League table and securing a top-six finish next season.

Why Leverkusen?
- Jonathan Tah (28 years old) – Free transfer
- Leverkusen’s mainstay in defence has announced that he will leave the club when his contract expires this summer.
- Barcelona have had talks with him, but negotiations have been at a standstill, which opens the door for United.
- Newcastle and several other top clubs are also interested.
- Patrik Schick (28 years) – Goal guarantee
- Has scored 25 goals in 43 games this season, including a hat-trick against Heidenheim and four goals against Freiburg.
- Leverkusen will listen to bids of €30-40M (£34M).
- Arsenal and Chelsea are also on the pitch – Chelsea are particularly active in the race for him.
Why are United interested?
- Schick is an experienced and clinical striker who can relieve Rasmus Højlund and give immediate effect.
- Tah will be a strong and free reinforcement in defence, something United desperately need.
- Both fit perfectly with Amorim’s playstyle.
What about other options?
United have several strikers on their radar:
- Victor Osimhen (Napoli) – But he demands Champions League football.
- Moise Kean (Fiorentina) – Previously failed at Everton, but has revived his career in Italy.
- Liam Delap (Ipswich) – Has a £30m relocation clause, but David Moyes wants him to Everton.
