Jürgen Klopp has barely warmed up in his suit shirt as Global Head of Soccer for Red Bull, but various sources believe that signals have been sent that the German is unhappy and wants to return to the pitch with control of one team.

According to La Stampa, Roma now have an agreement in place with Jürgen Klopp to take over the coaching job from Claudio Ranieri. The iconic Liverpool coach is said to have accepted the offer on Sunday.

According to the Italian media, Roma management and Klopp were in contact with each other shortly after Sunday’s game, where the pieces fell into place. It is also claimed Klopp had a verbal agreement with another club, but changed his mind to become Roma coach.

wow. There was a lot to process here. We follow in anticipation. Pep Guardiola dryly commented Klopp would not retire as coach, as “this was life for both of them”. It will still be a huge surprise if Klopp returns as early as next season – for Roma.
