Earlier this week, Harry Kane was crowned Bundesliga Player of the Year, the week before the Englishman lifted the first trophy of his career and thus broke the “curse”. On Wednesday, the old club could finally break their own curse by taking the Europa League title.
The Tottenham legend was unable to travel to Bilbao to support his old club, but was quick to send tributes and congratulations.

Tottenham haven’t won a title in 17 years, you could see the atmosphere, the relief and the euphoric joy in the white-clad part of the stands in Bilbao that this meant an insane amount to the supporters. Apparently also for Harry Kane.
