This opens the door for a manager who is known for bringing out the potential of underrated or outcast Manchester United players.
It is, of course, about Antonio Conte. As Inter Milan coach, he brought in both Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez from United, the Belgian responded by delivering as one of Europe’s top scorers during his first season. Sanchez was used as a super reserve, with the Chilean shining as the terrier and match-winner he was at Arsenal. This season, Conte brought in Scott McTominay as Napoli coach. The result was just as impressive as with Lukaku. The Scotsman played his way to the Serie A Player of the Year award.

Now, Italian Sky Sports reports that Jadon Sancho has accepted the offer from Napoli to move to the Italian port city. There are, of course, some obstacles in the way when it comes to Man United’s €85 million investment.
The media reports United have set a price tag of 25 million euros, which Napoli believe is too high for the player “no one wants to sign”. Napoli are also unwilling to meet Sancho’s wage expectations. This means that both United and Sancho will have to jack down the price.

United and Sancho are in a hurry, because Napoli are working in parallel to sign right winger Dan Ndoye from Bologna, reports Sky. There is definitely no option for Jadon Sancho to return to Ruben Amorim’s squad to cause more turmoil.
