Sports director Jørgen Bjørn explains that the club has deliberately used the false name: “It is completely deliberate that we have called him Peter Monday. When you have a name like that, it’s easy to make a joke of it and have a little fun.”
The 18-year-old got his first minutes for HamKam as a substitute in the friendly match against KFUM.

Sunday has now signed an ordinary contract with HamKam after impressing during training. The Nigerian talent is seen as an exciting hope for the future for the club.
