Norwegian defensive midfielder Sivert Mannsverk announced a transfer from Molde in the summer of 2023 and spent the last half of the season on loan at Cardiff, who are rumored to be considering a transfer at the right price.
Sporting director Alex Kroes personally informed all “superfluous” players and agents.
Sivert Mannsverk has a contract with Ajax until June 2028 Several media outlets, among them ESPN and Telegraaf, report that the club wants to sell away.

Limited access to training facilities
Mannsverk and the other players the club wants to get rid of will now have reduced access to the club’s training facilities. Telegraaf reports that they are only allowed to use the training facility after the first team has completed their sessions.
Close to transfer to new club
The same newspaper reports that Mannsverk is close to a deal with a new club, without revealing which one. However, it is confirmed that the potential new employer is located outside the Netherlands.
