The Nigerian striker is sought after by several major European clubs and teams from the Saudi Arabian professional league.
Victor Osimhen has taken the clearest step towards his future: he has chosen Manchester United as the team he wants to continue his career in.

At 26, Osimhen is determined to end his time in Italy. His relationship with Napoli deteriorated last season, and although the loan to Galatasaray was not part of the original plan, it eventually became an ideal showcase: he had a spectacular season with over 40 assists and rekindled interest from top clubs in Europe.

Although clubs playing in the top continental club competition have shown interest, the striker has opted for the offer from Old Trafford. United urgently need a goal-strong striker with leadership skills and physical presence, and Osimhen is a perfect fit for that role. For Amorim, his arrival will be a luxury reinforcement to bring the attack to life and return the team to the top of the table.
But the deal is not yet in place. The transfer fee and salary expectations are still high, and the English club will need to adjust their finances to make the signing possible. Still, the player’s desire to dress in red is clear, and that is a crucial factor. Now Manchester United have the advantage: Osimhen has made his choice, and the ball is in their court.
