Cristiano Ronaldo and Al-Nassr interested in signing Real Madrid right winger Rodrygo.
Ronaldo gets a lot of influence
The Saudi Arabian giants have given the Portuguese superstar significant influence over the club’s summer transfers, having had to convince him to extend his contract. Ronaldo signed a new deal and now has great decision-making power in Al-Nassr.

According to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri, Ronaldo has now “singled out” Rodrygo as his ideal attacking partner in Al-Nassr’s new striker pairing. The club is looking for a replacement for Jhon Durán, who is already leaving the club for Fenerbahçe – just six months after his €77 million transfer.
Almost unlimited budget
Tavolieri claims that an official budget has not yet been set for the hunt for Rodrygo, but suggests that Al-Nassr will have access to almost unlimited funds to lure him to Riyadh.
There has already been contact with Rodrygo’s representatives to see if he would like a move to the Middle East. However, the response they received was not encouraging.
Rodrygo prefers Arsenal
According to the journalist, Rodrygo has made it clear to Al-Nassr that his priority is a move to the Premier League if he is to leave Real Madrid this summer.
Real Madrid are open to a sale, but Rodrygo has yet to make a final decision on his future – despite limited playing time under Xabi Alonso so far.
Arsenal have been in contact with the player’s representatives, as they see him as a dream target. It seems that Rodrygo could be open to a move to north London.
Al-Nassr doesn’t give up
But Al-Nassr is not so easily deterred. Tavolieri claims that the Saudi Arabian clubs will continue to “work hard” on this transfer and will try to make “an offer he cannot refuse”.
