Jadon Sancho continues to cause headaches for the Manchester United management and Ruben Amorim. Borussia Dortmund wanted to sign their former star, but were not willing to meet the demand from United or from the player. Chelsea also strongly considered signing Sancho after a decent loan spell last season, but ended up paying a £5 million penalty for not signing Sancho. Now it could all work out, but for Dusan Vlahovic it could mean a hectic month before the start of the season.
Tuttosport reports this week that Juventus and Manchester United are more or less in agreement, the same with Jadon Sancho. Thus, there is a final permanent exit on the trail for the 25-year-old. So back to Dusan Vlahovic.

The striker, who back in 2022 was compared to Erling Haaland, has not had the same development as the Norwegian. Last season, Vlahovic scored 17 goals in 44 games in a Juve shirt. A total of 58 goals in 145 games is still far below the expectations of the old lady. Especially when the 25-year-old has cashed in wages that the club’s best paid by far with around 374,000 euros in weekly wages.
According to transfer journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus are working to get rid of the salary expense of Vlahovic, who is under contract until next summer. Di Marzio claims Juve are willing to go so far as to tear up the contract, disregard sales revenue at the striker and open up for a free transfer. With a Jadon Sancho in, this is an important move. The challenge for Juventus is that Vlahovic himself is in no hurry, it is reported.
