It is with a heavy heart that we have given Erling this message. But in a preliminary overall assessment of the results in this year’s season, the conclusion is that we have not performed well enough. “He has played at the club and been a coach here with success in the past. In addition, he has the huge from the Premier League,” Hareide says to NRK, and responds with an affirmative “yes!” that he launches Solskjaer as the new Molde coach.
“I would drive straight to Kristiansund and have a chat with Ole Gunnar (Solskjær) right away,” Hareide says to Romsdals Budstikke.
– I actually don’t know which other coaches in Norway can take over MFK as the club stands now. There are not many candidates who are both skilled enough, available on the market and want to work here, says Hareide, says the veteran coach further to the newspaper.
We agree with Hareide, it would be great for Molde to get a return for Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
