Ansu Fati established himself at an early age as an established player at Barcelona, and the Spanish winger already made his first-team debut as a 16-year-old.
Fati is considered one of the biggest talents in Barcelona, but now he says that he could have ended up with rivals from Real Madrid.

- I was on trial at Real Madrid before I signed with Barca.
- At the time, Real Madrid did not have a home for the club’s young players. Therefore, together with my father, I chose that Barcelona and La Masia were the best choices, Fati told L’Équipe according to Goal.
Ansu Fati has now turned 20 years old, and he has now played 78 games for Barcelona. It has resulted in 22 goals and nine assists.
The Spaniard has a contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2027.
