Moyes lost in the Mersyside derby in September at Anfield (2-1), but showed at Old Trafford he and Everton have something the reigning champions Liverpool “have forgotten”. When a fight is rough, the neck must be bent, the gloves thrown away and all the tools used to finish victorious.
