Things are growing well at Arsenal. Bukayo Saka has led the way from the academy at a young age, quickly establishing himself in the first team, and then playing his way into the biggest star at the age of 24. 18-year-old Ethan Nwaneri follows the trail of his debut at Arteta already at 15+. Now it’s getting ready for the next successive trip, Mikel Arteta says it’s impossible to stop.
The 15-year-old Max Dowman has playing time in three games on the senior team this season, there is surely more to come.

“If we looked at his passport every day, we would never play him. It’s that simple. But when you look at what he does in training, you have to play with him, unless you’re blind – or I’m blind,” Arteta boasted, according to The Independent.
Which promises the club does not rush and destroy the fantastic talent on the right wing.
“It’s about finding the balance and understanding the workload and the things that are changing in his life, and making sure he can handle it. So far, he has done so. He is 15 years old and still growing. We have to make sure that a lot of things are under control so that he develops the way he does,” Arteta said.
Dowman made his debut for Arsenal at the age of 15 years and 234 days, only Ethan Nwaneri has made his debut before. The Premier League’s best club ensures that academy players are not stopped when they tear down the door to playing time in the first team.
