Mikel Arteta has stated that he wants Partey to continue after his contract expires in the summer, the question is whether the 31-year-old wants that with Zubimendi on his way in. Especially not when there is a call-up from Barcelona. Arsenal will at least not give up without a fight, on Wednesday the club announced they are in talks with the defensive midfielder, who this season was back without injuries and an impressive 52 games on the pitch.
