London club Chelsea are about to receive a huge cash flow if they manage to sell many of the players who are currently on their transfer list.
The Blues have been the most active club in the transfer market since BlueCo took over as new owners in 2022, with an ambitious strategy implemented by the management at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have spent over €1.5 billion on new signings in the last three years, while they have earned a whopping €611.3 million from player sales in the same period. This summer, Enzo Maresca’s team has already signed seven new players, including João Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap, but they have yet to reduce the size of the bloated squad.
A new “bombshell squad” has been formed at Stamford Bridge, and Chelsea have now turned their attention to approving several high-profile sales following the recent signing of the aforementioned Gittens.
Cole Palmer, Moisés Caicedo and Levi Colwill appear to be the only “untouchable” players at Chelsea, with the club willing to listen to offers for pretty much every other star in the squad.
As a result, the Blues could be about to receive a huge cash flow through player sales over the next few weeks.
In fact, Chelsea could earn a total of €428 million if they sell 16 unwanted stars for their estimated transfer value (ETV) this summer.

Who will Chelsea sell this summer?
Djordje Petrović, Alfie Gilchrist, Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell, Renato Veiga, Trevoh Chalobah, Lesley Ugochukwu, Carney Chukwuemeka, David Datro Fofana, João Félix, Raheem Sterling and Armando Broja are all expected to leave Chelsea after loan spells last year.
The club’s transfer activity suggests that neither has a future at Stamford Bridge, and the club is keen to approve the sale as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall could be on his way out after a disappointing debut season in London, and Christopher Nkunku is also close to a farewell after failing to play his way into Maresca’s preferred starting eleven.
Finally, Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson could surprisingly also be sold this summer. The former is nearing a surprise move to Arsenal, with personal terms agreed, while the latter could be sold following the signings of Delap and Pedro.
Jackson has been Chelsea’s starting striker for the past two years, but a departure seems to be on the horizon, and FootballTransfers understands that both Arsenal and Manchester United are monitoring his situation.
