La Gazzetta dello Sport, reports that “The Blues” have had a bid for Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni rejected. According to the newspaper, the offer was worth 50 million euros (close to 560 million kroner), but Inter “politely declined”.
It is not clear from the information whether Chelsea will make another attempt and increase the offer.
The 26-year-old Bastoni has three years left on his contract with Inter.
