Kepa replaces Neto as Arsenal’s backup goalkeeper after the Brazilian returned to Bournemouth after his loan spell.

Kepa’s reaction to the transition

After the signing, Kepa stated,
“I’m very happy to be here, excited and looking forward to what’s to come. The ambitions of this club, as well as conversations with Mikel Arteta and goalkeeper coach Inaki Cana, convinced me. We are so close to winning, and together we can achieve it.”

Valencia opens for sale of Arsenal goal Mosquera

Valencia were initially keen on keeping Cristhian Mosquera, 21, but are now willing to sell him to a Champions League club for around £25 million.

Arsenal have already started negotiations, according to Sky Sports. RB Leipzig also considered the Spanish but considered the price too high.

With Kepa in place and Mosquera as a potential new defensive talent, Arsenal are showing clear ambitions to strengthen the squad before the new season.
