Christian Pulisic is one of AC Milan’s key players.

The American is currently sitting on a contract that expires in 2027, and the Serie A giant has reportedly wanted to extend that deal to secure the winger’s future. Now calciomercato.com reports that Pulisic will not sign a new contract until Milan have secured a place in next season’s Champions League.

They are in a good position as they top Serie A, but the last few years have shown that anything can happen at the San Siro. – It is not so long ago that they were well outside the top four. – The recent success certainly has Pulisic a lot of the credit for.

Qualification for Europe’s premier club tournament is a prerequisite for the 27-year-old to want to stay at the club next season and beyond.

Pulisic has recently been linked with a return to the Premier League.
The American spent four years at Chelsea between 2019 and 2023.

Manchester United and Aston Villa are mentioned as possible destinations for Pulisic if he were to leave Milan next summer.

Christian Pulisic has recorded 38 goals and 25 assists in 109 competitive appearances for AC Milan since arriving at the club over two years ago.
