IK Oddevold strengthens the squad for the coming season in the Superliga with Emir Derviškadić. The club that is based in Uddevalla and finished 12th last season. – The goal is to get even higher up the table this season.

On Wednesday, Oddevold and Haugesund announced the loan agreement.

This is a good solution for Emir who is in need of playing time at the highest possible level. Oddevold is a club that is well suited to his qualities and he can seize the opportunity to get a central role in Sweden, says sporting director Jostein Grindhaug to Haugesund’s pages.

“It feels great to have Emir in the squad. Emir is a midfielder with fine feet who is good in both the short and long game. He has a great ability to play the ball forward and control the tempo by having a lot of the ball, says sports director Mats Winblad on the club’s website.

Derviškadić is expected to arrive in Uddevalla during the coming weekend and is scheduled to participate in Monday’s training at Thordengården.
