It is not 100% in the box, but all arrows point to Kristian Lien replacing August Priske in Djurgården.
According to Expressen, the Allsvenskan club has agreed with Groningen on a transfer worth around 75 million Swedish kronor (about 7 million euros). In the past season, the impressive goal machine has played for Ham Kamp on loan, there is said to have been interest in the Mjøs club for a purchase, but not sufficient finances to carry out a deal.

The Dane’s replacement seems to be a Norwegian.
Djurgården has entered into an agreement with Groningen for the purchase of 24-year-old Kristian Lien. The striker is expected to travel to Stockholm during the week to undergo a medical test and sign a contract. The only condition for the deal is that Priske’s transfer to the Championship must go through.

According to Aftonbladet, the Lien transfer costs 600,000 euros in pure transfer fee and 100,000 euros in bonuses. A total package of 700,000 euros. The newspaper also adds that Lien is said to have given the green light for the move.

Lien came to Groningen from Mjøndalen in 2023, but has not been able to play his way into the first team. Instead, the Norwegian has been on loan to Kristiansund and most recently to HamKam, where he got his breakthrough with eleven goals and six assists in the Norwegian elite league.
