Molde Football Club, which started this year’s Eliteserie season with a victory at home at Aker Stadion against Rosenborg, today comes with a happy message: Midfield profile Emil Breivik has signed a new four-year contract with the Romsdalingers.

The club confirms this on its official website.

“Molde means everything to me. It’s the club I’ve been at since I was 13 years old, and it’s where I’ve spent most of my career. The club has raised me and shaped me both as a person and a football player,” says a touched Breivik.

He does not hide the fact that it was an easy choice to extend his stay at Romerike:

“The club is close to my heart, and there is nothing I would rather than continue with this group.

Breivik has developed into a key player for Molde in recent seasons. Before the current season, he was awarded the captain’s armband, and he was also given the honorary shirt number 10 – a clear indication of his central role in the team.
