In time for Christmas celebrations in Southern Norway, Grønn Pedersen returned from abroad. Not just to play yatzy with the family and Christmas fun, the 27-year-old was crystal clear he wanted to get out into the football world again. On Monday, the player sat down at the signing table.

The Norwegian striker has played 30 games in the Faroe Islands for HB Torshavn, with a solid 21 goals and 5 assists. On Monday, Danish Vendsyssel confirmed that the 27-year-old has signed a contract until 2027, shirt number 19 is ready for use.

This comes after the former Start player finished in the Faroe Islands before Christmas, in search of a new stay abroad.

The sporting director of the Danish 2nd division club is clearly pleased with the signing of the Norwegian player.

– I am very happy that you managed to get Emil to Vendsyssel. Emil is an incredibly exciting player, who comes with a strong physical package. During the last season, he has scored 20 goals in the top division of the Faroe Islands, and of course we hope that he can do that for us as well, says sports director Jens Hammer Sørensen according to Bold.
