Thomas Frank finally had to accept he has been fired for the first time in his coaching career. Tottenham Hotspur are looking for a new coach, a few hours after the dismissal of the Dane, one of the top candidates to take over the job, Roberto de Zerbi, left his job at Marseille. If it is up to a red-faced, English 78-year-old, then it is he himself who can save Tottenham for the rest of the season.
Harry Redknapp has previously led Tottenham in a total of 198 games (2008-12), and he is also not averse to taking on an interim role. Redknapp has been a part of English football since 1965. First as a player, then as a coach for seven different English clubs since 1983, the last being a guest stay with Birmingham in 2017.

-Would I like that? Of course I would! I would do it without a doubt, but I’m a realist.., the colourful Redknapp begins to Sky Sports.
Who, of course, has no doubt that he could have saved Tottenham.
-Could I do the job? Yes, I could do the job. What they need now is someone to come in and go back to basics. Hard work when you lose the ball. Don’t be embarrassed when you lose the ball, to run hard to get it back. Work together, gain some confidence. Make them believe in themselves. If someone can do it, they will get the results they need. They have my number. If someone wants to call me, they know where I am,” Harry Redknapp concludes with a queer smile.
