Tyler Dibling was one of the few bright spots when Southampton were relegated from the Premier League last spring. The 19-year-old winger was totally fearless, on the pitch in 33 Premier League games with two goals, plus two goals in the FA Cup against Swansea in January. Unsurprisingly, the teenager has attracted interest from several PL clubs since his relegation. Everton are now working intensely to secure the English talent who has already delivered in the top division.

According to the BBC, Southampton have rejected an Everton bid of £27 million for Dibling. The offer came from Everton. This is a player Moyes really wants, it has been reported that the Merseyside club are on their way back with a new bid.
