The club maintains strong trust in Carlo Ancelotti and is grateful for everything he has done for Real Madrid, but believes that a new manager should take charge by the summer of 2025.
Pérez is disappointed with how Real Madrid has conducted the start to this season. He is concerned with the lack of spark caused by Kylian Mbappe’s arrival and he believes Real Madrid’s current form is jeopardising their chances of winning trophies this season.
Pérez has ordered Real Madrid to begin the process of hiring Xabi Alonso, calling an end to Carlo Ancelotti’s time at Real Madrid.

Xabi Alonso is a young coach. It is because of his age that Xabi Alonso has formed a great relationship with his Leverkusen players, particularly the likes of Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong.
Alonso is considered the top priority for Real Madrid, and the Spaniard has never hidden his desire to manage Los Blancos.
