The newspaper refers to the fact that Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti previously had Alisson as a player at Roma, a good reason to attract the Brazilian to Turin. Alisson spent the years 2016-2018 in Rome.

Juventus are also not intimidated by Alisson’s wage demands. The Brazilian has a net salary of around €6 million per season at Anfield, which would not affect Juve’s current salary structure. Apart from Dusan Vlahovic, whose long-term contract expires this summer, Juventus aim to keep all their players on wages below €7 million per season. This is where Alisson fits in.
