He is 33 years young, but was linked to a coaching job in the Premier League already when he turned thirty. The English coach started his coaching career in 2017 in the Belgian league, in 2022 Ligue 1 club Reims signed the Englishman – to great success. He has led 13 games in the Championship, but has only won two of them. There will not be enough points from six draws and lost five games. The defeat in their last game, against Preston, marked their third straight defeat in the league.
