However, the Argentine stated that this was impossible, he would lead the USA to the World Cup on home soil. Now, however, the arrow for Pochettino is pointing towards Tottenham.

It also gives Spurs supporters hope of reuniting with “their” Pochettino, after the Argentine submitted a thinly veiled job application through the BBC this month.
-… I want to win both the Premier League and the Champions League. We were close when we played against Tottenham. I want to achieve it. I am still young and I have the energy, experience and motivation to try again in the future,” Pochettino told the BBC.
