Strømsgodset, which in the past year has had to work more with internal problems than development on the football field, has a few days ago “without further comment” ended the working relationship with head coach Dag-Eilev Fagermo.
Just before the weekend, two players also said goodbye to the Drammen club. Jostein Ekeland will move on to Egersund after three years at Strømsgodset, while loanee Jasper Silva Torkildsen has returned to Start and a few hours ago they confirmed that Tobias Bjørnstad will return home to Strømsgodset.

Hopefully, internal conditions are in the rearview mirror so that Strømsgodset can focus on fighting their way back to the Eliteserien.
Just over a week ago, Per Kristian “PK” Bråtveit said goodbye to Norwegian football, which means that the transfer to Aberdeen confirmed today takes place without any money landing in Bergen:
Per Kristian Bråtveit is moving on after two seasons and 58 games for Strømsgodset.
💬 I think everyone knows that I have loved being in Godset, and that I have enjoyed living in Drammen. Godset is a special club and Drammen is a special city. I feel that it is sad that it is over for this time.
We thank PK for his efforts for Strømsgodset and wish him the best of luck in the future. 💙
Djurgården’s former goalkeeper Per Kristian “PK” Bråtveit, 29, has set course for the British Isles. The Norwegian has been presented by Aberdeen, and the contract is written for 18 months.
“It feels very good to be here. When Aberdeen got in touch, the decision was very easy for me. My time in Norway was over, and I wanted to do something else. Aberdeen is a big club, and this feels like a good opportunity,” he said in a statement to Aberdeen’s pages.
Don’s sporting director Lutz Pfannenstiel explains why they signed the Norwegian: “When we learned the extent of Nick’s injury, we acted quickly to sign Per Kristian, whose contract with Strømsgodset had expired last month.
“He is an experienced goalkeeper, who has played a lot in several strong leagues and clubs, and he also has international experience with Norway.
“He will provide real competition in the goalkeeping department as we continue to strengthen the squad.”
