I got the impression that the relationship between Victor Nilsson Lindelöf and Erik ten Hag was not particularly good while they were both at Manchester United, but I was clearly wrong.
Bayer Leverkusen have received one offer, according to Sky – to sign Victor Nilsson Lindelöf
At the end of June, his contract with Manchester United expired, and since then, Victor Nilsson Lindelöf (31) has been without a club. The Swedish national team captain is available on a free transfer for interested clubs.

According to German Sky Sports, Bayer Leverkusen have now been offered Nilsson Lindelöf. So far, last year’s Bundesliga runners-up have not made a decision, but the Swede is an option that the sporting management team is “seriously considering”, writes the TV channel.
Erik ten Hag, former manager of Manchester United, is now in charge of Bayer Leverkusen. The coach therefore knows Nilsson Lindelöf well from their approximately 2.5 years together at Old Trafford.
But how likely it is that there will be Swedish influence in Leverkusen remains to be seen. Fabrizio Romano has reported that the German club are close to a deal to sign centre-back Loïc Badé from Sevilla. Negotiations are ongoing, and the clubs are in the process of reaching an agreement, according to the transfer specialist.
Nilsson Lindelöf trained with his parent club Västerås SK last week. Earlier this summer, there has been speculation of interest from the likes of Fiorentina, Besiktas, Trabzonspor and Benfica.
