Brazilian international Antony has made a fresh start in his career with Spanish club Real Betis after falling out of favour at Manchester United.
With nine goals and five assists in 26 appearances in all competitions, Antony has now become an attractive option for several European clubs. But as it stands, the 25-year-old is back at Manchester United with two years left on his contract and an uncertain future.

According to Diario de Sevilla, the Real Betis management has discussed the matter with Manchester United and is willing to put together a plan of action.
What does Betis propose?
The report claims that Betis aim to pay up to €20 million for the attacker this summer or in 2026.
15 million euros upfront, with the possibility that the amount could reach up to 20 million euros with a high resale clause.
Since United paid £84 million for Antony three years ago, the club will have to consider whether it is worth selling him now that he has two years left on his contract.
Antony’s salary is another factor that needs to be taken into account, especially since United have already invested in Matheus Cunha.
Throughout his loan spell, Antony spoke about how happy he was in Spain and about a potential permanent move to a team that will play in the Europa League next season.
Despite his efforts at Betis, United manager Ruben Amorim does not appear to have any plans to reintegrate him into his plans.
Therefore, the Portuguese coach will probably want a solution to the matter as soon as possible, so that any sale can increase his transfer budget.
Manchester United need to get their player departures going, with players like Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford also linked with transfers to other clubs.
Although the Premier League club are reportedly demanding significantly more than the offer currently on the table, more profitable bids may not appear in the short term while still paying Antony’s wages.
