For Bayer Leverkusen, a gigantic sales income on their former academy player, but the 22-year-old also leaves behind a gigantic crater that needs to be filled by Erik ten Hag. In comes a former Bayern Munich player for this task.
The hyperactive transfer journalist Romano reports Malik Tillman is in place at Bayer Leverkusen. The 23-year-old rose through the ranks at Bayern Munich’s academy, but ended up with only 7 appearances in the senior team, with loans to Rangers and PSV Eindhoven. A permanent move to PSV came in 2024, when Bayern did not see room for the German-American midfielder, but at the same time secured a buy-back clause, should anything change.

With this, it doesn’t look like Kompany needs Tillmann. Bayern are thus indirectly sending the 23-year-old with an approved 25 goals and 19 assists in 73 PSV games to rivals Leverkusen.
