It is not easy to get wise to what happens next with Ruben Amorim. After the loss to West Ham, he stated “everyone” should be replaced. Then came the statement a few days later that “I know what the problems are, and I don’t leave”. Regardless of trouble in what has been anything but United paradise in the Premier League, the Portuguese has a high star in international football. It is reported that several clubs are waiting for a possible opportunity to secure the former Sporting coach.
According to TBR Football, several clubs have sent signals that they are following the development of Amorim as United manager. There are two clubs in particular in the Bundesliga that will be particularly active in following what happens this summer.

The English media’s sources claim both Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig are ready on the fence should the Portuguese end up with an exit this summer. Both Bundesliga clubs are looking for a new coach. Leverkusen need a coach who can build on Xabi Alonso’s massive success, RB Leipzig fell out of Champions League play next season and need a coach who lifts the club back to “normal”.
The sources also report that there is a lot of interest from the “Ronaldo League”, but Ruben Amorim is certainly not going to retire at the age of 40.
