The 17-year-old Chido Obi-Martin was, as the U18 Premier League’s all-time leading scorer, brought up to the first team by Ruben Amorim. The Danish player was known for a goalscoring flair like no other teenager on the ball island. On Saturday, the next teenager at the United academy showed up – and it looked amazing.
Like Obi-Martin, 18-year-old Victor Musa is a striker at United, on Saturday it was ready for the U18 match against Leeds. This morning the Leeds goalkeeper will never forget. After 25 minutes, United’s striker Musa had hammered in 5 goals!

As if that wasn’t enough, Musa scored his sixth before halftime (the game ended 13-1). The 18-year-old was born in Spain with English citizenship. Musa has impressed greatly in Manchester United’s U18 team, and has been called up to United’s U21 team several times.
There is still no debut in the first team, but after Saturday’s double hat-trick, we think Ruben Amorim got what is coming from the academy.
Exciting player!
