John Arne Riise, Vida Lill Berge and Bernt Hulsker show off their 16 weeks of bloodshed on TVNorge today.

A whole new bunch of celebrities will undergo a drastic lifestyle change on TVNorge this spring. For 16 weeks, the six participants will undergo tough strength and exercise training and a strict diet, all in the hope of achieving incomparable results. The program is not a competition, they only have themselves and their expectations to measure themselves by. What they all have in common is that they need a fresh start. Season four of 16 weeks of hell premieres on TVNorge and the streaming service Max today.

“I want to be a machine again. It’s been a while since I retired as a football player, so it will be exciting to see how “machine” I can become. I want to find my way back to routines in everyday life with both exercise and diet, push boundaries with Martin, eat right and feel good when I look in the mirror,” says John Arne Riise.

“I’m already in the process of a lifestyle change. I’ve been good and come a long way towards my goals already, but now it’s perfect to get expert help from Martin and Anette to get all the way to the finish line,” says Vida Lill Berge.

Wants to quit antidepressants
To help them get through the 112 demanding days, the participants have two mentors. Cross-country skiing star Martin Johnsrud Sundby gives participants tips and guidance to get started with training and stay motivated, and clinical nutritionist Anette Skarpaas Ramm gives both participants and viewers useful advice on diet and cooking. Vida Lill Berge is looking forward to gaining more knowledge about diet and nutrition.

– It is a wonderful and strange group that is put together here, and this will be another group that can cheer and help each other through these 16 weeks. I look forward to learning more about both food and myself and to feel more energy. My goal is to be able to stop taking antidepressants with food and exercise,” says Berge.

Here are the participants in season four:
Petter “Katastrofe” Bjørklund Kristiansen, artist.

Björg Thorhallsdottir, artist and author
Vida Lill Berge, host.
Bernt Hulsker, TV presenter and former football player.
