Jude Bellingham has once again reiterated that he intends to stay at Real Madrid for the next 10 to 15 years.
The midfielder is back on English soil on Wednesday when his Real Madrid face Liverpool on Merseyside. The Reds, of course, were one of the clubs that prominently chased Bellingham in 2023.

The then-Borussia Dortmund star was heavily linked with Jürgen Klopp’s team in the spring and early summer, but Liverpool eventually pulled out of talks due to reported concerns over his price.
Real Madrid would eventually switch to Bellingham, spending a whopping €103 million upfront in a deal that could yet rise to over €130 million.
It was money well spent as the Englishman was crucial in his first season in Spain, winning LaLiga’s Player of the Season award after leading the club to success at home and the Champions League.
Bellingham spoke to TNT Sports ahead of the game with Liverpool. He was asked about the talks with the Reds and if he could see himself playing for the Anfield club in the future.
“I think it wasn’t as close as people have said in the media, I think maybe they led people a little further,” he said. “When Madrid came knocking, I felt it was the perfect club for me.
“But Steven Gerrard is a huge hero of mine. It would be nice to have a Steven Gerrard-esque performance, but it will be very difficult, so we’ll see. I love Madrid very much. I think the next 10, 15 years will be in white for me.”
It looks like one of England’s best current midfielders might never get to play in the Premier League.
