An Italian newspaper reported this week that Roma and Jürgen Klopp had agreed on a deal. This came after various media outlets thought they knew Klopp was unhappy with his job in a suit at Red Bull and longed to return to the pitch. On Sunday, Liverpool play their last Premier League game at Anfield, followed by the lifting of the trophy. Klopp is then reported to be present in the stands. Linked to a coaching job the following year he told Liverpool supporters he needed a long break from the coaching profession, perhaps permanently, Klopp does not want to bring that with him to Anfield.
Especially not when Roma is owned by the new Everton owner.

“I will not be the new head coach in Rome. That rumor is nonsense. If you hear any rumours that I’m going to take a coaching job in the next few years, it’s just nonsense,” says the iconic Liverpool coach, according to transfer journalist Romano.
