The Norwegian national team striker Jørgen Strand Larsen has been a little out of form in a Wolverhampton team in complete collapse. “Even though things are looking a little better in the new year, there is a long way to go to secure a place in the Premier League. Going into this weekend’s games, Wolverhampton have seven points in a definitive last place.
Several media outlets, including The Athletic and the Daily Mail, report that Leeds have consulted with Wolverhampton regarding the 25-year-old Jørgen Strand Larsen.

Premier League rivals Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest have also reportedly made the request. The Norwegian striker is said to be valued at £40 million.
Leeds have not yet made a bid yet, but details are likely to be chewed over as the Premier League’s financial rules could be an obstacle for Leeds.
Strand Larsen was chased by Newcastle in the summer, after a strong season with 14 goals in 35 Premier League games, but Wolves traded and signed the 25-year-old to a new contract that runs until the summer of 2030.
This season has been tougher for Strand Larsen and Wolves. The striker has scored just one goal in 19 league games, 14 of them from the start, and the team are bottom of the table with seven points from 21 games.
Wolverhampton continue their desperate chase for points on Sunday, when they host Newcastle at the Molineux Stadium.
